While your girlfriend might enjoy knowing that you think of her when you hear the song that was playing when you met, never say "I think of you every time I hear 'Gold Digger.'"

Is it any better then telling your boyfriend that you think of him every time you hear Jay-Z's "Big Pimpin'"? Come to think of it, it may be a sign that your relationship is in trouble. :)
