It's 2 minutes until your favorite TV show. Last week left off with a cliff-hanger. Suddenly your cable box/DVR freezes and turns itself off. Pushing the button doesn't bring it back on.

Unplug it, plug it back in and try to turn it on again. If that doesn't work... say a silent prayer that the episode will be available for viewing online later and then commence with the weeping.
